Submit your idea and estimated deadline. Within 24 hours, our atelier will provide a mock-up and pricing. Once approved, we begin creating your bespoke piece.
How long does customization take?

Timelines vary depending on complexity. Simple monograms may take 3–5 days, while detailed designs can require 2–3 weeks. We’ll confirm timing before starting.
Can I see a design before it’s painted?

Yes — every project includes a digital mock-up for your review and approval before we begin.
What products can be customized?

We specialize in luxury hand bags and small leather goods but never limit our creativity. We hand paint canvas tennis bags and other items as well.
Is customized merchandise final sale?

Yes — all customized items are final sale since they are one-of-a-kind and created specifically for you.
